Job Details

  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align  with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions.
  • Implement and maintain a strategic brand plan that enhances brand awareness and positions the company competitively in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Support in overseeing the day-to-day management of the company’s brand, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure that all branding efforts, including design, messaging, and advertising, are cohesive and reinforce brand identity.
  • Monitor brand perception and adjust strategies as needed to enhance brand reputation.
  • Work with external vendors, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and event coordinators, to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors to optimize marketing outcomes.
  • Develop targeted marketing messages and campaigns for different customer segments to drive engagement and sales.
  • Support the business development team by identifying marketing opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Participate in creating marketing collateral and presentations that support sales initiatives and business pitches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role within similar industry
  • Minimum of Second-Class Upper Division (2:1)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, market segmentation, and brand management.
  • Experience working with vendors, including negotiating contracts and managing deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in corporate communication.
  • Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, digital marketing tools, and social media management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends, content marketing, and SEO
