Job Summary
This role is for an inventory intern who will be responsible for supporting inventory management operations over a three (3) month period. The position ensures accurate counting, verification, documentation, and reconciliation of materials in the store, while maintaining proper stock control and record integrity
Job Details
- Conduct physical counting of raw materials, finished goods
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts as scheduled
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of materials
- Prepare inventory reports and submit to management as required
- Ensure adherence to HSE and warehouse safety standards.
- Assist in improving inventory control processes.
Requirements
- OND in any discipline
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proximity to Ogba is a strong advantage
