Job Details
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct market research and apply insights to shape strategy
- Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Ensure brand consistency and manage daily brand perception efforts
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for effective, cost-efficient campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and business development to produce marketing materials that support revenue and client acquisition
- Create marketing content and presentations for pitches and initiatives
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
- Mentor and guide the marketing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar field. A Master’s degree or certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years in marketing, including 4 years in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industry
- Demonstrated success in marketing strategy and campaign execution
- Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Expertise in brand management, market segmentation, and digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM, digital analytics, SEO, and social media tools
- Analytical, data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, innovative, and adaptable to market changes
